GREG MORK

PRESIDENT

As CEO of Fathom Corp and President of Fathom Energy Inc, Greg plays an active role in business development and commodities trading. His career in the oil and gas sector began with Chevron Canada Ltd. (CCL) where Greg managed and operated its Burnaby refinery, progressed into varying roles with escalating responsibility such as product blending and shipping. While managing various portfolios with CCL he acquired a broad working knowledge of refinery processes and marketing methodologies. He has served on various boards and represented Chevron’s interests at numerous industry forums and hearings. Since departing Chevron as Manager of Crude and NGL Feedstock Supply he has worked at Fathom, where he provides tactical direction and consults to key industry clients

GREGG COLP

ADVISORY CAPTAIN

Gregg Colp is a long-time Marine Professional Tug Master and ice pilot with extensive Arctic experience in addition to tug, workboat, and tall ship delivery experience in the Gulf of Mexico, Great Lakes, Eastern Seaboard, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean.

Gregg is an experienced manager of refit projects and is passionate about working sailing ships, and sharing traditional seamanship skills. He prides himself as a team builder and mentor with a particular focus on safety.

Gregg is a trained hyperbaric chamber operator and was a certified diving paramedic. In France he was a volunteer firefighter in his local community and has trained with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) for emergency preparedness and crisis management.

TORVAL MORK

CFO

Torval currently holds multiple executive roles across the subsidiaries of Fathom Corp. As the principal financial contact, Torval manages the company's credit and corporate reporting. Torval has founded, nurtured, and led numerous successful ventures in the communications and entertainment industries. Beyond his commercial endeavours, Torval is a committed contributor to the not-for-profit sector, and has lent his expertise and leadership to various boards. Residing in Calgary, Torval is an alumnus of the University of British Columbia, holding a bachelor’s degree in history.

TERESA CROMPTON

MANAGER, LOGISTICS

Teresa manages product inventory accounting for Fathom’s supply chain. Her areas of focus include product tracking and invoicing for Fathom’s marine activities, natural gas liquids, crude, transloading and rail business. Prior to joining the Fathom team in 2013, Teresa enjoyed a 37 year tenure at BC Tel/TELUS, where she held various positions in customer service, billing, training, service development and implementation. The 5 years prior to her retirement from TELUS, Teresa was a Business Analyst on the Business Solutions new service development team.

LORIS SCIORE

MANAGER, ACCOUNTING

An integral member of the team, Loris manages the accounting and analysis for all of Fathom’s product transactions. Her areas of focus include product nominations, pricing, invoicing, and contract administration for all of Fathom’s marine activities, natural gas liquids, crude, transloading and rail business. Mrs. Sciore joined Fathom from Chevron Canada Resources in December 2004, and brings over 20 years of natural gas liquids, sulphur and gas accounting experience.

 

DANIJELA STEVANOVIC

VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS AFFAIRS

Danijela is a marine executive and entrepreneur who aligns commercial excellence with sustainable impact. She built her reputation at Vancouver’s Island Tug and Barge, securing multi-million-dollar contracts with global energy leaders. As an owner-operator of multiple enterprises, she is a trusted leader known for steering ventures with integrity, tact, and diplomacy.

At Fathom Marine, she leads business development, delivering critical logistics to remote Arctic communities and resource projects. Her strategy breaks the region's sole government-funded provider dependency through innovative planning and resilient operations. A proud UBC alumna, Danijela is widely respected for calm authority and the ability to align performance, reputation, and positive impact.

KRISTOFER BOEKESTYN

VICE PRESIDENT

Kris has developed his career in the transportation, supply chain, and logistics industry, with a core focus on rail. Specializing in operations, optimization, strategic direction, business development, and project execution, Kris joined the Fathom team in 2014. He oversees the evaluation and analysis of new partnerships and opportunities across Fathom Corp's portfolio of businesses with a keen focus on risk mitigation and management. 

CAPT. DON CONNELLY

MARINE SUPERINTENDENT / ICE NAVIGATOR

With nearly 50 years of marine experience in various and escalating capacities, Don has provided services over the years on a global basis for a variety of projects and companies such as Irving Oil, Amoco / Canadian Marine Drilling, NTCL, EnCana, Devon Canada, and Chevron Canada prior to joining the Fathom Marine Inc. team. Don is a certified Master Mariner who is a major operational asset for several of Fathom’s key areas of business as well as providing Ice Navigation services.

KEIKO OGAWA

MANAGER, CORPORATE AFFAIRS

Keiko is the first point of contact at Fathom Marine, handling frontline office management and administration, providing general organizational support to Fathom and its related group of companies. Having joined Fathom in 2015, Keiko’s prior professional experience included working with and for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Shell, Repsol, and Mitsui & Co. She is an accomplished professional who brings a great deal of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail to the Fathom team.
